one to one

I call my one-to-one work echosounding, as it helps you to look below the surface (and see that it's OK to do so).

It's a mix of spiritual coaching, light-touch teaching and (mainly) guided reflection. We work outside, because this brings fresh perspective. And we spend 3-4 hours sauntering (from the French 'a la sainte terre', meaning to the sacred place), listening, talking, pausing and pressing in to what matters most.

If you can't get to Winchester, we can also work one-to-one via Skype or the phone.
